How Account Deletion Works

We respect your privacy and provide two straightforward ways to delete your account:

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

Open the MyntReal mobile app > Go to Profile / Settings > Tap Delete Account > Confirm with your password. Deletion and token invalidation happen immediately.

Option 2: Web Request Form (Below)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, submit the form below. Our support team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours.

What Happens to Your Data?

Directly Deleted: Your login passwords, active session tokens, biometric unlock credentials, temporary verification codes, and profile drafts are purged immediately.
Anonymized: Your personal name, email address, phone number, and uploaded KYC documents are permanently scrubbed and replaced with an anonymized reference (e.g., Deactivated Member).
Statutory Retention: In compliance with Indian GST, Income Tax, and corporate ledger regulations, past financial transaction ledgers, invoice totals, and TDS entries are retained anonymously for the statutory audit period (7 years).
Permanent Reference / Support ID: Your internal Support ID / Member code is preserved as an anonymous placeholder in the database ledger so existing invoice numbers and binary graph pointers remain structurally consistent without revealing your identity.
